@GeorgiaPower Because I transferred service to a different apartment. I’ve called 3 times to speak to a supervisor, and all I’m getting told is that because I was signed up with flat rate and transferred service ONE MONTH before it ended, I’m liable to pay the 1k or my service will be cut!

@GeorgiaPower I had a check stolen from my account, and had to close it to debits right at the time of my auto draft. GA Power says I have to pay $30 for a returned item fee. I lose twice! I've paid my bill on time every month for over two decades. Counts for nothing, I guess!
